No complains at all, the hotel met needs well. Awesome property with loyal staff and good rooms. Loved panoramic views. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Pizzeria Metro, set within 5 minutes walk or so.
Nothing it was perfect!

We loved our time here. Gorgeous breakfast, great location for exploring Berlin. We had a twin room, which was air-conditioned and modern.
-
Excellent hotel for a citytrip to Berlin. Comfortable rooms, friendly staf and near the public transport. The breakfast was great!
-
Very nice, spacious hotel with a friendly and efficient staff...Good food in brasserie and restaurant...sky bar has excellent panorama view...Good room and excellent bathroom...
Out of city center..you need to take a taxi, bus or tram to get anywhere...
-
very nice hotel, tram stop outside that allowed easy access to Berlin city
-
nice staff, clean, design, good breakfast
sports room is depressing, no free wifi in the rooms (in 2010 !)

This is a great hotel if you are planning a Berlin city visit. I could not fault it and I am the type of person who likes to fault things. It is new, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly, it's quiet, there is an excellent gym and health spa, the breakfast buffet is great, and it has excellent transport links to Alexanderplatz (10 min) and Berlin Schönefeld Airport (40 min) right outside the door. It's also affordable and, best of all, has a great top floor cocktail bar with views all over Berlin.
-
The room was neat and tidy and the bed etc very comfortable. The bathroom was great and the breakfast excellent. Public transport was literally outside the front door.

clean, efficient, unintrusive.

Sky Bar with nice view. Free internet from PCs in lobby 24/7. Very nice breakfast. That is very nice hotel for summits and conferences, just perfect choice! It was very good that souvenirs could be bought in lobby.
It was not stated at information about hotel that my credit card should be shown at registration. When I said that I prefer to pay cash, reception girl change her maner of talk and was not so friendly as it should be in such a nice hotel.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful (particularly Michael the concierge who advised us on restuarants, sites, travel and transport etc). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast really good with a wide selection. Didn't eat in the hotel as quite expensive. Good transport links to city centre and airport. Would definately recommmend or go back.
Not much storage in the room if you have a lot with you and wifi ought to be free throughout the hotel. Apart from that - no complaints!!

There is a DVD player in every room and collection of DVDs at the reception desk. You can select a movie and see it in your room (it's free of charge). A very nice hotel hall (big and light), a wonderful veiw to the night Berlin from the sky-bar (on the 14th floor). The personal was very helpfull and nice. The breakfast was really good too. There is a tram stop opporsite the hotel entrance and railway station (S) very closed (may be 5 mins). The easy way from schoenefeld airport (30 mins by train S9) and 5 mins by foot.
It's not the city center and you have to use the public transport to see the most interestin places.
-
Hotel was very easy to get to from the airport (take the S9) and with a tram/ S-Bahn stop outside it was easy to get to anywhere within the city. Hotel is really very clean and well kept, our room was really big, bathroom was fab, the Sky Bar has an extensive list of yummy cocktails and the breakfast is also great....overall we had a very enjoyable stay!

Our airline lost our luggage and we were so lucky to have been staying here. We stayed here during Christmas and all of the stores were closed.. The Andel gave us everything we needed and the staff was extremely helpful when we called to try and find our luggage. The computers were another great assest that we used to connect with British Airways about our luggage. There is a tram and several trains right infront of the hotel- it was very convienent to get everywhere... The Sky Bar has an amazing view of Berlin and the drinks were fabulous and much appreciated after dealing with the stress of having no clean clothes...I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel looks very new and well designed, very comfortable, quite rooms, spacy batrooms with big windows. A strong silent heating was a plus. The breakfast was really good but most of all the staff was very nice and helpful (specially with the dificulties we had the departure day because of the heavy snow in Berlin, they were very helpful to find a taxi for us even to offer us a coffee while waiting for the taxi)
It is a little bit far from the center (not walking distance) but well connected by tram and then a change to a bus
